This model number has been spotted in the support pages of Samsung's official website for India. While this does not give us any kind of details about the smartphone, the listing confirms the very fact that the 'Lite' Fold will launch within the subcontinent.

Previous rumors said this model would launch with the Snapdragon 865 on board, but would lose the 5G connectivity and therefore the Ultra Thin Glass layer. There are likely to be many other cuts too, because past mumblings had it launching at just $1,100, which may be a lot but either the first Fold, or the Fold 2, or maybe the Z Flip. He was also appointed as a COO of ByteDance, the parent company of TikTok, but we’re yet to find out whether he’ll keep this position.

TikTok has been pushed to sell its US business to an American company so as to stay operating on US soil, otherwise, the President of the us would need to sign an executive order, effectively banning the platform. the newest information is that Oracle is getting into purchasing the business and thus saving TikTok.

If that happens, the California-based software company likely would’ve changed the CEO either way, so Mayer’s departure isn’t an enormous surprise

Apple to launch its Online Store in India next Month

Apple is ready to launch its online store and begin selling its products in India as early as next month, consistent with a report from Bloomberg citing sources aware of the event . this is often in line with a report from earlier this year and comes after the Indian government’s rule to source 30 percent of components domestically was relaxed last year. the online store launch are going to be followed by a physical store opening in Mumbai that's currently under development and is about to open in 2021. Furthermore, the report suggests that Apple has picked Minsk Square location, Bangalore for its second store within the country. The Cupertino so far has relied on third-party resellers to sell its products which is close to change soon.

Apple Online store will become operational just before Dussehra-Diwali festive season. Though the Apple had planned to start out its online store shortly after the Indian government relaxed the component sourcing rule last year, it had been disrupted by COVID-19 Pandemic. Apple, selling products through its very own online store will allow it to possess better control over branding and also tackle the competition from OnePlus and Samsung. Despite being one among the oldest players within the smartphone market, Apple could barely crack the premium segment in India until a few of years ago and this was mostly due to the high price tags. to that extent, Apple had started manufacturing its bestsellers, including iPhone 11, iPhone SE (2020), iPhone XR and more, locally to save lots of on imports duty. this may also allow it to cost its products reasonably going forward.

Another Apple assembly partner, Pegatron Corp is in plans to line up its first plant in India. iPhone 11 and therefore the iPhone XR combinedly were liable for 28 percent of the high-end smartphone shipments in India in Q2 consistent with IDC results, which may be a positive development for Apple at this juncture.

SAMSUNG S21 may get S-PEN Support

The biggest difference between Samsung's Galaxy S series and therefore the Note series has been the S Pen. Without the S Pen, the Galaxy Note 20 series, for instance , becomes quite almost like the Galaxy S20 series in terms of screen size, design, and hardware. the road between the 2 series has been blurring in recent years and it seems inevitable for the 2 to overlap. This might just happen in 2021 as a replacement report from The Elec Korea website suggests that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will arrive with an S Pen.

As per the report, the S Pen could come to the Galaxy S series for the primary time next year. The top-end model of the Galaxy S21 series, presumably called Galaxy S21 Ultra, are going to be equipped with a stylus. It seems Samsung could also be looking to finish the Note line and replace it with the Galaxy Z Fold series. Nothing is surely as of now.

With foldable phones being subsequent major focus for Samsung, it might add up to prioritise the Galaxy Z Fold series. Currently, Samsung is capable of manufacturing 600,000 foldable displays per month. Samsung is reportedly getting to increase this number to 1 million by the end of the year.

SAMSUNG Note 20 Ultra beat Note 20 in Sales

Samsung may not enjoy exceptional income in China in general, however a couple of thousand shoppers must still provide a reliable enough statistic about the popularity of the new note Smartphones  – the Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G outsold its vanilla sibling 10:1 as @IceUniverse spotted.

That is based totally at the sales at JD.com, which lists the number of units bought. The statistics shows that the ultra currently stands at just over 2,200 sales while the Galaxy Note20 5G remains in the 200 range.

There’s pretty the difference in price between the two, CNY 9,200 vs. CNY 7,400, but the top class pricing isn’t scaring humans off – alternatively, it’s the uninspiring specs of the vanilla version which might be turning human beings away.

Analysts will be retaining a watch on income and need to be reporting quickly on which of the 2 Note20 models is greater famous. Will the 10:1 ratio stay real even within the Western markets?

Apple iPhone 12 series to miss out this important feature

Industry insider Ross Young has given some bad news for the Apple fans. He's got an honest record with its recent predictions and if the newest one comes up true, the iPhone 12 Pro models will miss on a serious feature - the 120Hz screen refresh rate.

People within the supply chain say that the 120Hz OLED panels are secured and prepared to manufacture but Apple can't seem to seek out driver ICs to drive the pixels at 120Hz. And rather than expecting ICs, the rumors suggest that Apple will once more default to the 60Hz refresh rate so it doesn't push the launch further back.

It may come as a disappointment to some as long as the industry has moved ahead and now 120Hz is out there on most flagships with some even reaching 144Hz. Would you think that less of subsequent iPhone flagships if they miss out on that? Let us know in the comment section below

like the leather cover, neither case offers protection for the front half of the smartphone. We marvel what the reason for ignoring the the front display of the phone is. Samsung spent so much time and money growing a bigger external display for the Z Fold2, so why offer cases that don’t shield it at all?
Samsung makes -piece authentic cases for the Samsung Galaxy Fold and the Galaxy Z flip. So, to offer Samsung the benefit of the doubt, we are going to expect more cases with better safety coming, and that they simply haven’t been inadvertently published to any of Samsung’s web sites simply yet.

In spite of the multiplied cost of including 5G to the 2020 iPhone 12 lineup, Apple desires to keep the price as near the iPhone 11 series as feasible, a good way to keep sales momentum in the pandemic aftermath.

Additionally according to Kuo's file, Apple has been putting stress on circuit board providers for the AirPods 2 and the component has gotten 25-35% less expensive for the reason that first half of of 2020. The AirPods 3, that are expected inside the first half of 2021 will bring production costs similarly down. Just like with the AirPods pro, the AirPods 3 will pass to an integrated system-in-package (SiP) over the surface-mount technology (SMT), used inside the AirPods 2.
