INDIAN Government bans PUBG and 117 Other Apps

Another round of apps has been banned in India — the list is even bigger this point and includes the extremely popular mobile battle royale game PUBG Mobile. the govt of India has invoked its power under section 60A of the IT act to dam as many as 118 Chinese apps within the country as they're “prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, Defence of India, Security of State and Public Order”. this is often the third time since June that the govt has invoked the rule. With the new order, PUBG Mobile, PUBG Mobile Lite, WeChat Work, App Lock, AliPay, ShareSave by Xiaomi, and 112 other apps join TikTok and 58 other Chinese apps that are banned in India.

Here’s a glance in the least the complete list of 118 apps that are banned in India. These apps will soon pack up in India and can be faraway from Google Play Store and Apple App Store within the country.

There is no official statement yet from PUBG Mobile publisher Tencent Holdings or the developers of the opposite 117 banned apps on the matter at the time of publishing.
