No, the Goverment hasn't banned Tik Tok, Helo or any other Chinese Apps.

As of today the Chinese Apps are in light in India, and due to that the one fake news is spreading across the social media platform.

According to that the goverment has issued the order to ban the 14 Chinese Applications including Tik Tok. And gave instructions to the play store and app store to immediately take action on them. Press Information Bureau(PIB) Fact Check has clarified that the news has been fake and Government has not issued such Notice to the Play store and App store.


In that list the applications include are TikTok, liveme, Beauty plus, cam scanner, vigo video, bigo live, clash of kings, mobile legends, club factory, shein, app lock, Romwe, Vmate and game of sultan.

With the Government saying that news are fake, Goverment has also sayed that the application's are still available on Play store and App store, the users can download the application on there devices from the respective stores without any restrictions.
